Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or engaging in telehealth services provided by Megan Eing, PMHNP-BC.

1. Scope of Services

This website offers information about psychiatric services and allows patients to book telehealth appointments. Services are provided by a licensed PMHNP in the state of Kentucky. Patients must live in the state of Kentucky in order to use these services.

2. Telehealth Consent

By scheduling and attending appointments, you consent to receive care via secure video and audio platforms. You understand telehealth has limitations and is not appropriate for medical emergencies.

3. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by insurance. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice or may incur a no-show fee.

4. No Emergency Care

This service is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

5. Limitation of Liability

I do not guarantee specific results. Services are offered “as is.” I am not responsible for technical interruptions or third-party system failures.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
